File Transcription (Upload)

You can import pre-recorded audio into Aide so past conversations become searchable, reusable eternal enterprise memory. Transcription can be started from the Home screen or from the Live Recording controls.

Steps:

1. Click Upload Audio from Home or the upload icon in the recording controls.
2. Choose an audio file (supported formats include WAV, MP3, M4A, FLAC, OGG, AAC).
3. The app opens the Live Recording screen and enters PROCESSING mode.
4. When finished, the transcript appears.
5. Use Summarize to generate a summary (Pro).
