Highlights and Timestamps

Highlights and timestamps turn long transcripts into fast navigation signals for both users and agents.

Highlights during live recording

• Click the star icon on any transcript segment to toggle highlight.
• Use the Mark Highlight button to flag the most recent segment quickly.

Highlights in session details

• When timestamps are enabled, transcripts can display a timeline view.
• Each transcript line has a dot or star in the timeline column.
• Click the dot or star to toggle highlight. Highlighted lines are emphasized.

Timestamps

• Enable Settings > General > Transcription > Enable Timestamps.
• In Session Details, transcripts show [start -> end] markers or a timeline with time labels.
