Use this page to quickly restore your capture -> eternal memory -> agent workflow.
No audio recorded
- Ensure microphone permission is granted in system settings.
- Confirm the selected microphone in
Settings > Audio Device. - Run
Test Microphoneto verify input levels.
Search is unavailable
- Search is a Pro feature.
- If Pro is active and search still fails, restart the app.
Summary or agent chat not available
- Summaries and agent chat require Pro.
- Ensure models are fully downloaded.
Remote server mode not working
- Open
Settings > AI Backend. - Confirm the server URL is correct.
- Import the correct API key file.
- Run the built-in health check.
Model download stuck or failed
- Cancel and retry the download.
- Check available disk space.
Calendar events missing
- Click
Connect Calendarand grant permission. - Use
Refreshto reload events.
