Session History

Search, filters, and session management.

The History screen is your eternal enterprise memory library across recorded and uploaded sessions. Use it to track continuity over time and support cross-team follow-up.

View filters

At the top:

  • All: shows all non-archived sessions.
  • Pinned: shows pinned sessions only.
  • Archived: shows archived sessions only.

Search (Pro)

If Pro is active, a search bar appears:

  • Enter keywords to search transcript and summary content across your stored memory.
  • Results show a count and highlight snippets.
  • Clear the search using the X icon.

If search fails to load, a red snackbar appears and search is disabled.

Filters (Pro)

If Pro is active, you can filter by:

  • Date range: choose start and end dates in a two-step calendar dialog.
  • Tags: status tags derived from session status.
  • Reset: clears all filters.

Session list

Sessions are grouped by date:

  • Today
  • Yesterday
  • Older dates formatted with your chosen date format

Each session card shows:

  • Title, with pinned and archived icons if applicable
  • Date and time
  • Duration if available
  • Summary preview or a transcript status line
  • Status markers (Completed, Transcribed, Summarized)
  • Optional tags (LLM tags if present)

Session menu (three-dot icon):

  • Rename
  • Pin/Unpin
  • Archive/Unarchive
  • Delete

Click a session to open Session Details.

Empty states

  • No sessions: shows a history empty message.
  • No search results: shows a search empty message.
